1. About Lady’s Bakery

Lady’s Bakery is a woman-owned bakery offering artisan sourdough breads, cookies, scones, and other baked goods. We operate under North Carolina’s cottage food or business laws and are based in Cary, NC.

We bake everything fresh, and availability may vary. Ingredients, flavors, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please be aware that our baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that may process common allergens (including wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs).

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made at the time of order through our secure checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed on our site. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

If we offer local pickup or delivery, details will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, availability, or other factors. We currently do not offer shipping.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All of our baked goods are made fresh to order, so careful planning goes into every batch.

  • Cancellations: Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation are already underway.

  • No-Shows: If an order is not picked up at the agreed-upon time, it will be considered a completed sale and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Order Issues: If there is a problem with your order (e.g., missing or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours at orders@ladysbakery.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, graphics, recipes, and logos—is the property of Lady’s Bakery and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Privacy & Cookies
